I've been trying to challenge myself to beat every single campaign in the westwood games on hard. So far I've completed:

  • Macintosh startup. C&C 1: GDI, Nod and most of the covert operations (I'm pretty sure a few of the COs are impossible and theyre not officially campaigns anyway so I won't bother)

  • Red Alert 1 Allies & Soviets (didnt bother with the expansions since I dont have any nostalgia value on this one, only recently completed it)

  • Tiberian Sun GDI & Nod (up to now the worst of the campaigns I've played. Can't be asked to even look for the expansion(s))

  • Red Alert 2 Allies & soviets

  • Yuri's Revenge Allies & Soviets

  • C&C3 GDI & Nod (I guess I want to try the Scrin campaign some day but that would mean I have to play both campaigns again. From what I've heard the scrin campaign is way shorter and less interesting than the other two anyway)

And then there's C&C: generals. I have generals somewhere around here and I played most campaigns but got stuck on the chinese and GLA campaigns back in the day. What's more, I actually enjoyed the generals campaigns so here I CAN be asked to look around for the expansion I never got to play.

So I got looking: nothing on steam, nothing on gog, no useful link on this sub.. and googling 'download C&C generals' gets me on shady sites that ask me to download third party software.. no thanks. Only thing on amazon I could find was a 100$ :/

TL;DR: I can't find generals zero hour anywhere. If there's anyone playing it, where do you find it on the web, preferably without having to download any side-software?
